This page describes how the enquiry feature on this website handles the information you choose to share.
What the form collects
Your name, email address, selected service and project description are needed to respond. A project link, budget and timescale are optional. Please do not include passwords, confidential datasets or sensitive personal information.
Where your message goes
Your submission is sent to FormSubmit, which processes it and forwards it to hello@archetype-systems.com. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Our email provider also processes and stores the delivered message. This website does not maintain its own enquiry database. See FormSubmit’s privacy information.
Why it is used
Your information is used to respond to the enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Website activity
This version does not install advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting providers may record technical request information. FormSubmit applies its own anti-abuse measures; browser submissions include a hidden spam-trap field.
