A working concept needed the development required to become a production application for inspection preparation.

## The approach

Archetype took InspectReady from its vibe-coded starting point to production. The product brings evidence review, preparation materials and inspection workflows into a shared workspace.

Reports, checklists and rehearsal materials give school teams practical ways to prepare.

The platform supports preparation and review; it does not determine or guarantee an Ofsted outcome.

- Review evidence and identify gaps in inspection preparation.
- Prepare with role-specific rehearsal questions and supporting materials.
- Keep track of inspection feedback and post-inspection follow-up.
